Once the request has been confirmed, the courier will contact the customer to define a date and time slot for the pickup. Items purchased with discount percentages from 40% onwards or with paid shipping are excluded from the free return service, to return or exchange items purchased with these conditions it is necessary to pay the shipping costs.
Refunds
